Superior documentation browsing

When I search for Postgres docs, I always get the wrong version (likewise Python 3). When I search for JavaScript docs, I get w3cSchools. When I search for Erlang docs, I dont like the page organization. I want a searchable reference, but using Google Search as my index of documentations is often frustrating and slow.
